Fantasy Creator is a local installation and configuration solution that enables users to install and use artificial intelligence software and models, including software and models provided by third parties, on their own equipment. Images are generated locally by the user on their own hardware.

The purchase of Fantasy Creator does not constitute the purchase of images and does not include the provision of an image-generation service by the publisher.

The purchase grants the user a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the proprietary elements of Fantasy Creator, including its launcher, installation system, configurations, workflows, tools, documentation and resources.

This licence authorises the user to use these elements for their own purposes and to generate content on their own behalf.

Unless prior written authorisation has been obtained, the proprietary elements of Fantasy Creator may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied or made available to third parties. They may not be used to install or configure the system for clients, to provide third parties with a paid image-generation service, or to be incorporated into a professional or commercial offering intended to provide Fantasy Creator, its features or its proprietary elements to third parties.

These restrictions apply to the proprietary elements of Fantasy Creator. They do not, in themselves, prohibit the publication or commercial exploitation of content generated by the user, provided that such publication or exploitation is permitted by the applicable law and by the licences governing the models and components used.

Software, models and other components provided by third parties remain subject to their respective licences. These terms do not restrict any rights separately granted under those licences. Users may obtain and use these components independently of Fantasy Creator in accordance with their own terms.

Fantasy Creator grants no additional rights over the models or generated content. The user remains responsible for checking the licences applicable to each model used.

The licences applicable to third-party components supplied or installed with Fantasy Creator are made available to the user within the installed files.

During the normal operation of the product, the publisher does not generate, host, control, review, verify or retain any image created by the user. Image inference and generation are performed locally on the user’s equipment.

Fantasy Creator is intended to be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any use contrary to this framework falls outside the authorised use of the product.

The user is solely responsible for the prompts, models, source files and other content they use, as well as for the images they generate, transform, retain, publish, transmit, share or exploit. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that these activities are lawful and respect the rights of the persons depicted, the rights of third parties, and the licences governing the models and components used.

Fantasy Creator must not be used to create, transform, retain, publish, transmit, share or exploit any sexual content depicting a child, a person who appears to be a minor, or a character explicitly presented as a minor, whether such content is based on a real person or is fictional, synthetic, generated or modified.

Fantasy Creator must not be used to create or transform intimate or sexual content depicting or reproducing the appearance, face or recognisable features of an identifiable real person without that person’s explicit consent to such use. Any publication, transmission, communication, disclosure, provision or sharing of such content with a third party additionally requires that person’s explicit consent to its dissemination.

Without prejudice to the restrictions on use set out in this licence, any publication or public, professional or commercial use of generated content is the sole responsibility of the user. The user bears sole responsibility for the consequences of any use of the product that is contrary to applicable laws and regulations, third-party rights or the licences governing the components used.

Generative models operate probabilistically. Some results may deviate from the prompt, contain inconsistencies, artefacts, anatomical distortions or other visual defects, and may require several generations or adjustments.

The occasional occurrence of such results does not, by itself, constitute a defect in Fantasy Creator, provided that the launcher, installation system, configurations and supplied workflows operate as intended. No specific individual result, perfect compliance with a prompt or predetermined success rate is guaranteed.

The minimum system requirements, compatibility restrictions and any technical dependencies are communicated before purchase. Fantasy Creator is intended to operate only on equipment that meets these requirements.

These terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not restrict any rights, remedies or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
